Job summary

HARLI + HARPA's newest fashion jewellery brand in Shellharbour is seeking an Assistant Store Manager who loves people and style. You’ll support the Store Manager, coach a small team, and lead by example to deliver outstanding customer experiences and store presentation.

With a passion for jewellery and a hands-on leadership style, you’ll help drive sales, protect margins, and nurture growth. Enjoy staff benefits and be part of a brand that encourages confidence and creativity.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team and delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong eye for visual presentation and stock management.
• Ability to coach staff and meet store KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in daily operations and scheduling.
• Drive sales, KPI performance, and shrink control through effective execution.
• Coach and develop team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
