HARLI + HARPA is seeking a Store Manager for our Rockhampton store. You will lead a hands-on team, develop staff, and drive sales while upholding the brand's values of integrity, confidence, humility, and beauty.

You will deliver exceptional customer experiences, manage budgets and KPIs, and foster an inclusive, supportive environment that lets your team shine and grow in retail leadership.

Formación

• Experience leading a retail team.
• Ability to drive sales and achieve KPIs.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Budgeting and wage control experience.
