Job summary

STRAND is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help drive store performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with the Store Manager, lead from the floor, coach and inspire your team, and achieve commercial goals while fostering a positive culture where team members feel valued and motivated to grow.
