REBEL, part of the Super Retail Group, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Sydney. You’ll support the Store Manager to drive sales, optimize stock flow, and lead a team to deliver outstanding customer service.

As an Assistant Store Manager you’ll support your Store Manager to drive sales, run smooth operations, and build an engaged team. Leading back-of-house excellence owning stock flow, inventory accuracy, and shrink control to maximise profit.

• Management / leadership experience.
• Understanding of inventory control.
• The ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service.
• A natural ability to motivate and inspire your team
• Skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
• Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety and store security.
