Job summary

POP MART is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to lead and coach the store team in Parramatta, NSW. You will coach, motivate and develop staff, support recruitment and training, and help build a high-performing working culture while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will drive sales by achieving targets and KPIs, analyse store performance, and support inventory, rosters and promotional events across peak periods. Full-time role with Australian working rights.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Supervisor or 2IC in retail.
• Passion for coaching teams and delivering great customer experiences.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment and focusing on KPIs.
• Willingness to work across all 7 days and peak trading periods.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

Availability Requirements

• Flexible availability across all 7 days is required.
• Typical rosters include weekends, late-night trading and public holidays.
• We aim to provide structured rosters with two consecutive days off in a standard week, supporting work-life balance and roster consistency.
• While rosters are planned in advance, flexibility to support business needs, peak trading periods and major product launches is expected.
• Availability throughout peak trading periods, including November to January, is essential.
