Forever New is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager for our Pacific Fair store in Broadbeach. You will lead a vibrant retail team, drive sales, coach staff, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced fashion environment.

You will be responsible for roster management, merchandising, and maintaining brand standards, with opportunities for career growth through our pathways and recognition programs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team in fashion or lifestyle retail.
• Proven track record achieving sales and wage targets.
• Strong coaching and performance management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Adept at roster planning and implementing engaging visual merchandising.
