Job summary

Adairs is seeking an Assistant Manager to drive the ultimate customer experience and elevate store performance. You will lead by example, coach the team, and support rostering and workforce planning to stay within budget.

You will bring a passion for customer service, leadership, and a collaborative mindset to nurture a high-performing team and deliver WOW moments for our customers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to inspire customers and elevate home styling.

• Support the Store Manager with coaching, developing and training the wider team.
• Contribute to workforce planning and rostering to stay within budget.
• Analyse reports to identify opportunities to enhance customer experience.

As Our New Assistant Manager:

Your overarching purpose is to work closely and collaboratively to support the team and the Store Manager drive the ultimate customer experience and elevate the stores overall performance

You’ll bring significant value through;

• Leading by example through inspiring and delighting our customers, enabling them to weave their own style of home
• Being a role model around achieving personal targets and KPI’s whilst supporting the team achieve theirs
• Supporting the Store Manager with coaching, developing and training the wider team
• Contribute to the successful workforce planning and roster to ensure we remain within budget
• Analysing reports and proactively identify opportunities that will increase the customer experience
