Job summary

Adairs is seeking an Assistant Manager to work closely with the Store Manager to elevate the customer experience and drive overall store performance. You’ll lead by example, inspire the team and ensure every guest feels valued.

You’ll coach, develop and train colleagues, help with workforce planning and rostering within budget, and analyse reports to identify opportunities to improve the customer journey. A passion for WOW and teamwork is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example through inspiring and delighting customers, enabling them to weave their own style of home.
• Be a role model around achieving personal targets and KPIs whilst supporting the team to achieve theirs.
• Support the Store Manager with coaching, developing and training the wider team.
• Contribute to workforce planning and roster to ensure we remain within budget.
• Analyse reports and proactively identify opportunities that will increase the customer experience.
