Qualifications
- Experience in retail, customer service, sales, trade or hardware.
- Hold a current driver's licence.
- Able to lift and handle products up to 32kg.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and expert product advice
- Build relationships with trade and retail customers
- Tint and mix paint, colour match and prepare customer orders
- Arrange deliveries and complete local customer deliveries when required
- Maintain inventory, stock replenishment and store presentation
- Drive sales growth through customer engagement and solution selling
- Operate the point-of-sale system and process sales transactions
- Maintain a safe, clean and organised workplace
- Take ownership of the store's day-to-day performance and customer experience
- Support the achievement of sales, service and operational targets
