Universal Store is seeking a driven retail leader to step into a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager role, working a Sunday–Thursday roster and closely with the Store Manager to mirror many Store Manager responsibilities.

The successful candidate will lead store operations, deliver exceptional customer experiences, coach the team to hit sales targets, and execute VM and promotions while maintaining stock insight and brand standards.

Qualifikationen

• Previous leadership experience in retail (Shift Supervisor / Assistant Store Manager).
• Strong sales focus with ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Warm, confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.
• Strong operational understanding — VM, stock, store standards.
• Flexible, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
