The Reject Shop is expanding and renovating stores as we grow into Dollarama Australia, offering a real path from Assistant Store Manager to Store Manager. You’ll be on the floor leading the team, learning every part of running a store while developing your leadership skills.

You’ll benefit from a roster with no Sundays, every second Saturday off, and three days off in a row every second weekend. This role is designed for someone ready to move up quickly in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualificações

• Led a shift or supervised a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Runs a department or area of responsibility.
• Trained new starters and mentored team members.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or similarly busy environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store floor operations alongside the Store Manager.
• Step up when the Store Manager is away and supervise the team.
• Learn all aspects of running a store by doing it day-to-day.

The job:

You'll help run the store hands-on and on the floor, leading the team alongside your Store Manager and stepping up when they're away. You'll be in the work, stock, service, standards, learning every part of running a store by doing it.

You:

You've led a shift, maybe a supervisor, run a department, trained new starters or held the keys somewhere, retail, fast food, fuel, hospitality, a chemist, anywhere fast-paced. You're ready for more. No discount variety experience needed. We'll teach you the rest.

$29.45 base hourly rate + penalty rates + overtime rates each week + 17.5% leave loading, and structured development built to get you to Store Manager.
