Job summary

The Reject Shop is growing and transitioning toward Dollarama Australia. This Assistant Store Manager role puts you on the floor with the Store Manager, guiding the team, keeping operations smooth, and learning every part of running a store by doing it.

You will have a real path to running your own store, with a roster that includes no Sunday hours and every second Saturday off. A base hourly rate plus penalties, overtime, and 17.5% leave loading supports your development.

• Experience working in retail or customer-facing roles.

The roster: (because it's what you really want to know): No Sunday hours. Every second Saturday off. Three days off in a row every second weekend. That's rare in retail. Here, it's just how we roster.

The job: You'll help run the store hands-on and on the floor, leading the team alongside your Store Manager and stepping up when they're away. You'll be in the work, stock, service, standards, learning every part of running a store by doing it.
