Job summary

The Reject Shop in Coomera is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead the store floor alongside the Store Manager and to step up when they are away. You will be hands-on with work, stock, service and standards, learning every aspect of running a store by doing it.

This role offers a rare roster: no Sunday hours, every second Saturday off, and three consecutive days off every second weekend, with a clear path to Store Manager as the business grows into Dollarama Australia.

• You've led a shift, maybe a supervisor, run a department, trained new starters or held the keys somewhere, retail, fast food, fuel, hospitality, a chemist, anywhere fast-paced.
• No discount variety experience needed. We'll teach you the rest.
