Job summary

By Charlotte Pty is seeking an exceptional Assistant Boutique Manager to join our Miranda space, leading with warmth and delivering brand-aligned excellence. You will inspire and support the team, shaping an environment where colleagues feel connected and empowered, while creating thoughtful, memorable moments for every guest.

You will partner with the Boutique Manager to drive presentation, stock control and performance, building relationships that reflect our values and enhance the guest

Qualifications

• Very organized with attention to detail to support smooth daily operations.

• Lead with warmth and signature brand hospitality in every customer interaction.

• Maintain beautiful presentation and thoughtful merchandising with accurate stock management.
• Collaborate with Boutique Manager using KPIs to coach and drive commercial success.
• Build meaningful customer relationships through attentive listening and memorable experiences.

We are seeking an exceptional, brand-aligned Assistant Boutique Manager to join our team in our beautifully curated Miranda space. Leading with warmth and creativity, you will inspire your team, shape an environment where people feel connected and empowered, and bring thoughtful, memorable moments to life each day.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Together with the Boutique Manager, you will:

• Lead with intention, setting the tone through your presence and bringing our signature warmth to every customer interaction.
• Mentor and uplift your team, nurturing confidence, collaboration and capability while supporting individual and team growth.
• Help bring the boutique to life, maintaining beautiful presentation, thoughtful merchandising alongside adherence to alongside accurate stock management and efficient processes.
• Partner with the Boutique Manager on team performance, using KPIs and insights to support coaching, development and commercial success.
• Build meaningful customer relationships by listening with care, responding thoughtfully and creating personal, memorable experiences.
