Forever New Clothing Pty is looking for an Assistant Store Manager in Miranda, NSW to join Australia’s fast-growing fashion brand. You will lead and inspire the team, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer experiences in a dynamic retail environment.

The role requires proven store management experience, strong coaching abilities, and a passion for fashion. You will support rostering, VM standards, and customer engagement while collaborating with the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the store team to achieve sales targets and exceptional customer service.
• Drive store performance through coaching, feedback, and developing leadership potential.
• Manage rosters, staffing levels, and daily store operations.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure VM standards and product presentation.
• Build strong relationships with customers and engage with the Forever New brand.
