Job summary

Macpac Adventure Hub Enfield, part of Super Retail Group, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a high-performing store in Adelaide. You will mentor the team, champion customer service, and help the store reach its sales potential in a fast-paced outdoor and sports retail environment.

Candidates should have management or supervisor experience, the ability to lead by example, train staff, drive floor sales, and ensure stock control, health and safety, and store security.

As an Assistant Manager, you're key in supporting the Store Manager to help your store reach its full sales potential, operate smoothly, and create a positive, engaging work environment.To thrive here, you should ideally have:

• Management or supervisor experience.
• The ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service.
• An ability to motivate and inspire your team.
• Skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
• Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety and store security.

Having experience with outdoor clothing and equipment is not essential... a passion for the outdoors or travel is preferred.
