Job summary

Adairs is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead by example and drive the in-store customer experience across daily operations. You will work closely with the Store Manager to coach the team and elevate service standards.

You will contribute to workforce planning and rostering within budget, and you will analyse reports to identify opportunities to delight customers and grow sales. A positive, collaborative attitude is essential for success at Adairs.

As Our New Assistant Manager:
