What is the role?

We are looking forhigh-performing, passionate Assistant Store Manager. The successful applicant will be able to delight customers with exemplary customer service, backed with extensiveproduct knowledge, whilst supporting the Store Manager to lead the team. This is a full-time role (38hrs/week).

Key Duties include:

• Sales of Cameras, Laser TV, Watches & Sport Optics equipment

• Ensuringthe highest levels of customer satisfaction through best practice customer service

• Maintaining a spotless, well-merchandised store

• After-sales advice and service administration support

• Supporting the Store Manager & demonstrating the expected behaviours of leadership

• Administrative tasks in support of the Store Manager

What skills and knowledge do I need?

To be considered for this role, you will have:

• Experience with premium-brand sales

• Demonstrable interest in the art of photography

• Customer service skills

• Strong organisational skills

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• A positive self-starter attitude

A technical understanding of cameras and/or optics and a passion for photography would be very well regarded.
