Job summary

Hype DC Miranda is seeking an ambitious Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations, coach a dynamic team and deliver a premium sneaker retail experience. You will shape a high-performance culture, drive sales and ensure exceptional customer service on the shop floor.

You will work closely with the Store Manager and Area Manager to implement commercial strategies, manage rosters and maintain brand standards across visual merchandising and loss prevention.

• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• A genuine passion for sneakers, streetwear and lifestyle retail.
• People-first leadership with ability to motivate and develop large teams.
• Strong commercial mindset with track record of driving sales and KPIs.
• Confident rostering, wage budgeting and daily store operations.
