HOUSE Kawana is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager, lead the floor, coach the team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll step in to manage the store when needed and operate within a fortnightly rotating roster.

In this role you will drive sales, mentor staff, maintain visual standards, and ensure smooth day-to-day store operations. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, own outcomes, and build a strong, customer-centric team.

Qualifications

• Experience in Assistant Manager or 2IC role.
• Strong customer focus.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and KPIs on the floor.

• Support stock, merchandising and day-to-day store operations.
