Job summary

HOUSE Kawana is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager, lead the floor, coach the team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll step in to manage the store when needed and operate within a fortnightly rotating roster.

In this role you will drive sales, mentor staff, maintain visual standards, and ensure smooth day-to-day store operations. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, own outcomes, and build a strong, customer-centric team.

You’ll play a key role in driving sales, coaching the team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences, stepping in to manage the store when needed. This role operates on a fortnightly rotating roster.
