You will drive sales, lead by example on the shop floor, coach and develop the team, and support stock and merchandising. You will also step in to run the store in the Store Manager’s absence, ensuring exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role targets leadership in a busy retail setting with a focus on high standards and team growth at Cairns Central, QLD 4870.

Formación

• Experience in retail leadership at Assistant Manager level or 2IC.
• Proven ability to drive sales and store KPIs.
• Strong coaching and people development skills.
