GAZMAN is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our St Ives team in New South Wales. You’ll lead and develop the team, drive exceptional customer service, and help create a motivating, high‑performing store culture.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, people-first leader with a passion for retail and team development.
• Store management experience in retail, hospitality or customer service.
• Confident, values-led communicator who leads by example and focuses on customer experience.
• Great visual merchandising skills and presentation.
• Availability to work Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Sunday (30 hours per week).

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the team alongside the Store Manager to excel in customer service, team culture, and store presentation.
• Drive sales and exceed KPI targets through strong leadership and authentic customer engagement.
• Deliver memorable customer experiences and maintain a loyal customer base for quality and service.
• Manage store operations including rostering, training, inventory, visual merchandising, and promotions.
• Cultivate a team environment built on trust, development, and shared success.
