GAZMAN St Ives is seeking an Assistant Store Manager who leads with passion for retail and people. You will partner with the Store Manager to inspire the team, deliver exceptional customer experiences and uphold a high-performing store culture.

You will drive sales, manage rosters, training, inventory, visual merchandising and promotions, while fostering development and teamwork. A discount and bonus opportunities are part of the role.

Formación

• Hands-on, people-first leader with retail experience.
• Experience in store management, team development and customer focus.
• Strong presentation and visual merchandising skills.
• Availability for 30 hours per week: Mon Tue Wed Sun.

We’re looking for a passionate Assistant Store Manager to join our vibrant St Ives team, someone who thrives on leadership, delivers outstanding customer experiences, and takes pride in creating a motivating and high-performing store culture.

What you’ll be doing

• In conjunction with the Store Manager, lead and inspire your team to achieve excellence in customer service, team culture, and store presentation
• Drive sales and exceed KPI targets through strong leadership, team motivation, and authentic customer engagement
• Deliver a memorable and genuine customer experience, with a loyal customer base that values quality and service
• In conjunction with the Store Manager, manage all store operations including rostering, training, inventory, visual merchandising, and promotional execution
• Cultivate a team environment built on trust, development, and shared success

What we’re looking for

• A hands-on, people-first leader with a genuine passion for retail and team development
• Previous store management experience in retail, hospitality or customer service
• A confident, values-led communicator who leads by example and thrives in a customer-focused environment
• Great visual merchandising skills and an eye for presentation
• Availability to work Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Sunday (30 hours per week)
