Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Retail management experience and guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service and greet guests promptly.
• Supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in absence of Store Manager.
• Manage store operations including POS transactions, stock, and merchandising.
• Ensure Omni-Channel orders are fulfilled and shipped daily.
• Assist in scheduling and payroll processes as needed.
• Uphold company policies and conduct standards across the store.
