You will partner with the Store Manager to coach staff, manage operations, and ensure visual merchandising standards while maintaining a customer-first approach. The role is rostered across Sunday to Thursday with varying shift times, reflecting the needs of a busy retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a customer-first mindset to deliver exceptional in-store experiences and inspire the team to achieve this daily.
• Partner with the Store Manager to coach staff, drive performance, and operational excellence.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations, manage budgets, and ensure visual merchandising standards.
• Act as first point of contact in the absence of the Store Manager and ensure high standards of customer service.
