Retailworld Resourcing is helping a WA supermarket group find an experienced Assistant Store Manager for the Myaree store in Perth. You will work closely with the Store Manager to lead a busy team, maintain store standards, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fresh-food focused environment.

This role offers a competitive salary in the $85–90k range plus super and a bonus, with genuine career progression within a growing WA retailer.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Assistant Store Manager or Department Manager within supermarkets or grocery retail.
• Hands-on leadership style and a genuine passion for developing people.
• Strong commercial awareness and confidence working with KPIs.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm, organised, and motivated in a busy retail environment.
• Passion for fresh food, quality products, and great customer service.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager with daily operations of the business.
