Country Road Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in New South Wales to lead store teams, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive sales performance. You will collaborate with the Store/Cluster Manager to optimize stock, rosters and profitability while developing future leaders within the team.

You will coach staff on product knowledge, maintain a safe working environment, and ensure alignment with our brand strategy and cultural attributes.

Competenze

• Experience leading a retail team and managing store operations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and staff rosters.
• Familiarity with stock control and loss prevention.
• Experience in fashion retail preferred.
