Job summary

OZ Design Springvale is seeking an Assistant Store Manager / 2IC to lead our flagship Springvale store. You'll work with the Store Manager to coach a small sales team, drive performance, and ensure outstanding customer experiences.

This hands-on leadership role covers selling, coaching, merchandising and daily operations, with opportunities for career progression within our family-owned Australian business.

Responsibilities
