Job summary

Starbucks Australia is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Warrnambool to support the Store Manager in leading daily store operations, coaching a high-performing team, and delivering the Starbucks Experience to customers and communities.

The role is a permanent full-time position with guaranteed hours, comprehensive training, and opportunities for career progression into a future Store Manager role.

Qualifications

• Two years’ progressively responsible experience, including at least one year in a customer-facing role.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in store leadership roles, ideally within hospitality or quick service.
• Experience supporting store operations and contributing to financial performance.
• Exposure to rostering, budgets, and P&L reports.
• Proven ability to develop teams and foster a positive, inclusive work environment.
