Optus is seeking an Assistant Store Manager / 2IC for the Brisbane Airport team. You will lead by example, support the Store Manager, coach and develop the team, and focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You'll maintain a welcoming, customer-first environment, drive daily operations, handle escalated inquiries with calm professionalism, and foster engagement through goal setting and collaboration.
