POP MART is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to lead a large team at our Melbourne Walk store. You will coach staff, manage recruitment and training, and drive exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.

You will help achieve sales targets, analyse store performance, and support rosters, stock, promotions and peak trading periods. This role offers career progression within a rapidly growing global brand.

Qualifications

• Experienced in leading medium to large retail teams.
• Passionate about customer experience and team development.
• Confident coaching, training and leading others.
• Commercially aware with KPI focus.
• Proficient with Excel and Google Sheets for reporting and planning.
