Australian homeware brand in Belrose, NSW is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead the team and drive store performance on a Sunday-Thursday roster. You will partner with the Store Manager to deliver high engagement and sustainable revenue growth on the shop floor.

As a passionate retail leader, you will coach teams, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while upholding brand standards and culture. This role offers incentives and a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a commercial, customer-centric supervisory/ASM role.
• Large format, high-volume retail experience.
• Strong commercial acumen and stock optimisation.
• Operational agility with inventory management capability.

Responsibilities

• Driving sales performance and achieving store KPIs and targets.
• Leading from the front and setting the standard across the sales floor.
• Support the Store Manager in the overall running of the store and leading teams to achieve revenue targets.
• Consultative selling with the ability to train and coach in the art of consultative selling.
• Creating, collaborating and implementing ideas to improve store trade.
• Delegating and driving team productivity; representing the brand with genuine passion and enthusiasm.
