House Burwood is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager and help lead the Burwood House store. You will drive sales, coach the team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences, stepping in to manage the store when needed.

The role operates on a fortnightly rotating roster. Applicants should have retail leadership experience (Assistant Manager / 2IC), be customer-focused and commercially minded, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Retail leadership experience at Assistant Manager level or above.
• Customer-focused and commercially minded.
• Thrives in fast-paced retail environments.
• Able to coach and develop a team.
• Willing to step in for Store Manager when needed.

Responsibilities

• Driving sales and achieving store KPIs.
• Leading by example on the floor and delivering excellent customer service.
• Coaching, motivating, and developing the team.
• Supporting stock, visual merchandising, and day-to-day store operations.
• Stepping up to run the store in the Store Manager’s absence.
