Speedo Australia is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Harbour Town on the Gold Coast. This 10-month fixed term contract places you on the shop floor alongside the Store Manager, delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and operations.

You'll lead a bright team, coach and develop staff, maintain premium product presentation, and foster a positive, energetic store culture across a globally recognised sports brand.

Assistant Store Manager - Harbour Town - 10 month Fixed Term Contract

Speedo is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join our Harbour Town store. Whether you’re stepping up from a Supervisor, Keyholder or Senior Casual role, or already working in retail leadership, this is a great opportunity to continue growing your career with strong support and development. Working alongside the Store Manager, you’ll help bring the Speedo brand to life by delivering exceptional customer experiences, building a strong team culture and supporting the daily operations of the store.
