Randstad Pty, supporting a leading off-price retailer in the Brisbane Airport precinct, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a permanent, immediate-start role.

This hands-on leadership position offers career development, comprehensive training, and responsibility for sales, operations, and customer service across the store.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Proven ability to lead and empower a large retail team.
• Strong knowledge of store operations, merchandising, people management, customer service, and safety.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong follow-through.
• Flexible availability across trading hours.

Responsabilidades

• Drive store performance by supporting sales, managing expenses, and overseeing merchandising, frontline operations, scheduling, and inventory intake.
• Lead, train, mentor a large retail team to deliver exceptional service.
• Create inclusive, engaging environment on the sales floor for staff and customers.
• Communicate and execute action plans for store projects, targets, and initiatives.
• Implement loss prevention and operational programs to improve efficiency and minimize loss.
