Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales, managing expenses, and overseeing merchandising, frontline operations, scheduling, and inventory intake.
• Lead, train, mentor a large retail team to deliver exceptional service.

• Communicate and execute action plans for store projects, targets, and initiatives.
• Implement loss prevention and operational programs to improve efficiency and minimize loss.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing key operations including merchandising, front-line, customer service, scheduling, and inventory intake.

• Attract, recruit, and cultivate top talent by providing training, development, and mentor-ship for team members.

• Foster an inclusive, supportive, and engaging environment on the sales floor for both team members and customers.
