Job summary

Red Dot is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Rockingham to support the Store Manager in a busy retail environment at Rockingham Shopping Centre. You will lead and coach the store team, influence customer service standards, and help drive sales and profitability while maintaining store standards.

What You’ll Do

• Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of a high-volume retail store
• Lead, coach, and performance manage the store team to build a strong and engaged culture
• Assist with achieving sales targets, gross profit, and operational KPIs
• Manage team rosters to balance customer service, team engagement, and commercial outcomes
• Oversee stock processing, merchandising standards, and loss prevention practices
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety requirements
• Respond to customer escalations and feedback when required
• Assume Store Manager responsibilities during periods of absence
