Red Dot in Midland is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in a busy Midland store. This full-time role offers hands-on leadership in a fast-paced retail environment, with development opportunities into senior store leadership.

You will lead a team, manage rosters, KPIs, stock, merchandising, and customer service while maintaining policy compliance and loss prevention. A confident, hands-on leader who leads by example will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail leadership (Team Leader, Supervisor, Assistant Manager or similar).

• Experience managing rosters, store costs, and operational priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of a high-volume retail store.
• Lead, coach, and performance manage the store team to build a strong and engaged culture.
• Assist with achieving sales targets, gross profit, and operational KPIs.
• Manage team rosters to balance customer service, team engagement, and commercial outcomes.
• Oversee stock processing, merchandising standards, and loss prevention practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Respond to customer escalations and feedback when required.
• Assume Store Manager responsibilities during periods of absence.

What You’ll Do
