The Reject Shop in Victoria is hiring to run a store on the floor with a team of 10 to 15. You’ll manage stock, customer service, standards and daily operations hands-on rather than from an office.

From $31.11 base hourly rate, plus penalty rates, overtime, bonus and 17.5% leave loading, the role offers a real path forward in a growing national discount retailer.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail store or similar environment.

• Strong stock, service and cashiering fundamentals.

You: You've managed a retail store, servo, fast food outlet, pub, chemist or similar, and you lead by doing. No discount variety experience needed. We'll teach you the business, and a global operating model most managers never get to learn.
