Job summary

Bras N Things is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for the V&A Waterfront store in Melbourne. This full-time role is 45 hours per week, focusing on leading a team to deliver excellent customer experiences, drive KPIs, and manage in-store displays and stock operations.

You will work with the Store Manager to support budgets, training, and development while contributing to a diverse and inclusive workplace committed to brand values and community impact.

Qualifications

• Good customer service and people skills.
• Leadership and willingness to train and develop staff.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Stock handling and delivery coordination.

Responsibilities

• Create positive, respectful and empowering customer experiences.
• Assist with training and development to help the team deliver on store budgets and KPIs.
• Support setup and maintenance of in-store displays (visual merchandising).
• Assist with stock processing and deliveries as part of day-to-day store operations.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager on operational tasks and additional duties as required.
