Job summary

DECJUBA, a fast-growing Australian-owned fashion brand, seeks an Assistant Store Manager for our Eastgardens store in Sydney. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to run daily operations, lead the DREAMTEAM, and deliver outstanding service while driving sales and visual merchandising excellence.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in leadership development, in-store and virtual training, and empowering your team to embody DECJUBA's values.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail ASM or similar leadership role.
• Strong visual merchandising and customer service focus.
• Ability to lead a team and collaborate with Store Manager.
• Reliable, energetic, and available for weekend shifts.
