DECJUBA is seeking a NSW Regional Manager to lead the Sydney region, driving sales growth and delivering AMAZING customer experiences across our stores. You will inspire a high-energy team, manage rostering and wage expenditure, and ensure operational excellence in a fashion-forward retail environment.

Leads and develops store teams, recruits talent with the Talent Team, and champions DECJUBA's brand and culture while delivering strong commercial results and customer delight.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in regional management, preferably with a medium to large retailer.
• Strong selling skills and commercial acumen.
• Excellent people management and visual merchandising skills.
• Positive, solution-focused attitude with a can-do approach.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Adaptable and self-aware, able to drive business initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales budgets, drive product and people placement, and ensure focus store strategies are effectively implemented.
• Inspire and lead your team, providing exceptional training and fostering a culture of growth and development.
• Manage wage expenditure, create effective rosters and ensure compliance with all operational policies and procedures.
• Work with the Talent Team to recruit team members who fit our brand and culture, and ensure thorough induction and training processes.
• Promote a positive and productive work environment, encouraging integrity, respect, and open communication.
