Job summary

DECJUBA is seeking a NSW Regional Manager (Sydney Region) to lead by example across multiple stores, ensuring outstanding customer experiences and driving sales performance. You’ll inspire a dynamic team, optimise rosters, control wage spend, and partner with Talent for recruitment and onboarding.

The role requires proven regional leadership in fashion retail, strong merchandising, and a can-do, positive attitude to drive growth and achieve budgets.

• Sales Leadership:Achieve monthly and yearly sales budgets, drive product and people placement, and ensure focus store strategies are effectively implemented.

• Operational Excellence:Manage wage expenditure, create effective rosters and ensure compliance with all operational policies and procedures.
