Skechers Australia is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Eastgardens store. You will work with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, coach the team, and help drive store success in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role focuses on leading customers, optimizing stock and presentation, rostering, and maintaining a safe, compliant store. A passion for leadership and delivering excellent service is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior sales or leadership roles (e.g., ASM, Supervisor, 3IC).
• Proactive attitude with a strong desire to grow leadership skills.
• Passion for delivering great customer experiences and driving sales.
