Skechers Australia & New Zealand is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Noosa store. You will work with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, coach the team, and help drive store success in a fast-paced retail environment.

The ideal candidate is an emerging retail leader with a passion for customer service, team development, and achieving sales targets. This full-time role offers opportunities for growth and a dynamic team culture at Skechers Noosa.

• Experience in a senior sales/leadership support role (e.g., Key Holder, Supervisor, ASM).
• Proactive attitude with desire to grow leadership skills.

• Support the Store Manager in leading daily operations and achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Inspire and guide the team to deliver exceptional customer service and performance.
• Assist with visual merchandising, stock management, and store presentation.
• Help manage wage costs and contribute to effective rostering.
• Mentor and coach team members to support their growth and development.
• Help maintain a safe and compliant store environment.
