Job summary

T2 is seeking a store leader in Sydney to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, lead a small team, and maintain visual merchandising and stock flow. You will help drive sales, deliver great customer experiences, and coach staff to meet service standards.

The role requires strong communication, time management and organisational skills, with previous team leadership experience considered an asset. A flexible arrangement including Sundays is available at this location.

• Experience leading a team or as key holder is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with day-to-day management of the retail store and lead the team.
• Coach the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences across the store.
• Support the Store Manager to achieve budgeted sales and manage controllable costs.
• Lead the store and team in the absence of a Store Manager on duty.
• Support training of the team in customer service, product knowledge and operations.
• Provide timely feedback to encourage development within the team.
• Regular Sunday work is required for this role.

About the role

• Support the Store Manager to achieve budgeted sales and manage controllable costs for the store.
• Lead the store and team in absence of a Store Manager on duty.
• Support the training of the team in customer service, product knowledge and operational responsibilities.
• Encourage development with the team by providing timely feedback.
• Regular Sunday work is required for this role.

• Passionate and motivated to deliver results and will confidently support your manager and team.
• Have great communication skills, strong time management and organisational skills.
• Previous team leader, key holder or management experience is advantageous.
