Job summary

Bailey Nelson in Perth is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for our Carousel store. This full-time role focuses on leading a team, delivering an excellent customer journey from eye test to frame selection, and driving store performance.

You will be expected to manage a Sunday to Thursday roster, coach staff, and contribute to a fast-growing brand known for its inclusive culture and employee development across ANZ.

• Experience in retail or optics at supervisor or management level.
• Strong leadership and customer-service focus.

What you’ll be doing

As an ASM, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day success of the store:

• Support the Store Manager and Optometrist to deliver a seamless customer journey from eye test to frame selection and dispense
• Take ownership of the store 2 days a week, leading the team and driving performance
• Keep the appointment book running smoothly and ensure every customer interaction feels easy and enjoyable
• Coach and support your team to deliver great service, every time
