Beacon Lighting Bundaberg is seeking an Assistant Store Manager who will partner with the Store Manager to lead a customer-first team, drive sales growth and deliver outstanding in-store experiences.

You’ll mentor staff, maintain visual merchandising standards, and uphold safety and wellbeing across the store, while enjoying benefits and career progression with a trusted national retailer.
