Beacon Lighting Bundaberg is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager, lead a dynamic team and grow sales. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer experiences and maintaining a high standard of store presentation in a busy Bundaberg location.

You will be responsible for coaching staff, driving revenue across retail and trade channels, and ensuring safety and operational excellence. A full-time position with opportunities for growth is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management or team leadership.
• Proven ability to grow sales and deliver memorable customer experiences.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Current driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and lead the store team through coaching, mentoring and hands-on leadership.
• Drive commercial success by increasing sales across retail, trade, and design across the store.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable experiences for every customer.
• Build and maintain strong trade relationships and engage with Loyalty programs.
• Share expertise to help customers make confident lighting and design decisions.
• Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and presentation standards.
• Lead a culture of safety and wellbeing for customers and team members.
• Partner with the Store Manager to achieve operational excellence and store goals.
